Update: National Indigenous Peoples Day Parade 2025

Important update regarding the 3rd Annual National Indigenous Peoples Day Parade.

Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we regret to inform you that we are no longer able to host this year’s parade as planned. This decision was not made lightly, and we deeply appreciate all of the enthusiasm, support, and energy that many of you have already contributed. We are hopeful that we will be able to resume the parade next year, stronger and more unified than ever.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding. We will keep you updated on future plans and opportunities to connect and collaborate.

Orange Shirt Day Design Contest

We're inviting you to design this year's Orange Shirt Day Design in honour of Orange Shirt Day – a time to recognize the impact of residential schools and affirm that Every Child Matters.

Open to Indigenous youth ages 12 to 18

Submission Deadline: June 30, 2025

Winning design will be featured on our official Orange Shirt and 5km Orange Shirt Day Run/Walk Medals.
